I have been living here for a little over a year and LOVE it. There's quick shopping and food nearby and downtown is minutes away! I live in the larger one bedroom and the living room and bedroom are so BIG. The kitchen is small but it's just me and my dog so it works.

Please do not move to this roach infested mess of an apartment. These are the biggest roaches I have ever seen and whatever they spray does not kill them. I also had an issue where there was mold in the apartment comong from the old windows and all the maintenance man did was wipe it with mean green and paint over the spot.

Be the first to add a review on this property. The overlook as place is not bad, it is a good place to live. But the new management is least helpful and make false promises and make false accusations.
Also the larger one bedroom doesn't have a pantry but for a single person it's okay. The bathroom is your standard 4 piece. I was lucky enough to get one that was upgraded. New carpet fixtures cabinets lights and of course paint. They assess each apartment as a tenant moves out and make changes accordingly. It's pretty much another living space.
